Rep. Todd Tiahrt will speak on healthcare at our meeting this Wednesday, July 1st. We are meeting at the Peanut at 127th and Metcalf (12663 Metcalf) in south Overland Park at 6:30 pm for social/happy hour. We will then head next door to the new Johnson County Republican Party Headquarters for our meeting and to hear from Rep. Tiahrt. Rep. Tiahrt serves on the House Appropriations Committee and is the ranking Republican on the Labor, Health, & Human Services Committee and the Education Appropriations Subcommittee. Rep. Tiahrt will address healthcare issues with our group; specifically, Obama's push to nationalize healthcare and the consequences for Kansans.
