What Does a Precinct Leader Do?  Precinct leaders are where the rubber meets the road in the political process.  Precinct leaders motivate Republicans in their precinct, grow the party membership, and coordinate party activities.  They:

  • Get out the vote
  • Publicly support all Republican candidates
  • Answer voter questions
  • Distribute campaign materials
  • Set-up events where candidates meet voters
  • Support party fund raising
